We offer services in the processing and characterization of materials, and small batch processing:

• Vacuum annealing: 1E-5 torr up to 1100C (2000F) with precise annealing times
• Actuation characterization: computer controlled, long term test facilities
• Instron Model 4412 (Dynamite) tension-torsion testing (in progress)
• Hot shaping of Nitinol wire and plate.
• Silicone coating of metal wire and tube (in progress)
• Nitinol Foam connections for wire, ribbon and tube
